Urban Air Adventure Park, a national franchise brand under the Unleashed Brands umbrella and the world’s largest adventure park operator, has announced plans to open its first Washington location in Tacoma. The Texas-based organization recently signed a lease for 42,000 square feet of formerly vacant space at 1418 72nd Street East in Vista shopping center. A tenant improvement permit was issued by Tacoma City in July 2022 with estimated construction costs of $1 million.
The new facility is expected to bring 60 jobs to the local area and join other portfolio brands such as Snapology, The Little Gym, XP League Class 101 and Premier Martial Arts under Unleashed Brands’ umbrella. Urban Air Adventure Park currently has more than 330 locations open or in development across the globe.
