The Tacoma Housing Authority (THA) is proud to announce the upcoming ribbon-cutting ceremony for its largest affordable housing project in two decades, known as Housing Hilltop. This exciting event will take place on August 3rd and marks a significant milestone for THA.
Housing Hilltop is comprised of two buildings, with a total of 231 units and 103 parking spaces upon completion. The first building, Housing Hilltop South, currently has 94 affordable housing units available for lease. The second building, Housing Hilltop North, is expected to begin leasing its remaining 137 units in December of 2024.
