"Tacoma Apartment Complex Sold for $41M - Top Real Estate News"

Goodman Real Estate, a Seattle-based company, recently sold the Altitude 104 apartment complex in Tacoma for $40.75 million to Oro Capital Advisors. This equates to an average of $177,000 per unit.

The property consists of 25 buildings spread across 12 acres at 2201 104th St. Court S and was originally purchased by Goodman in 2015 for $18.5 million. According to the Puget Sound Business Journal , it was built in1989.

Brandon Lawler from Berkadia represented Goodman as the seller while Oro Capital Advisors represented themselves as the buyer. The transaction also included a loan assumption with an original principal amount of $28 million and interest rate of3 .86%. The remaining balance is approximately$1 .5million due on July1 ,2026.

Altitude104 offers various one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with convenient amenities such as proximity to Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Hwy512,and I-5,and nearby shopping centers.This sale was reported by Connect CRE.
