TA Realty LLC, a leading provider of real estate investment management services, recently announced the promotion of Allison O’Rourke and Dave Buxbaum to partners. In their new roles, O’Rourke and Buxbaum will spearhead the expansion of TA Realty’s data center portfolio while overseeing asset management and marketing functions in this sector.
With 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Allison O’Rourke brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Partner at TA Realty. She joined the company in 2019 as vice president after serving as senior executive vice president and chief administrative officer at Berkshire Bank. Prior to that, she held a managing director position at NYSE Euronext’s Global Corporate Client Group.
Dave Buxbaum has over three decades worth of experience in both real estate and financial services industries. He started his journey with TA Realty back in 2007 as dispositions officer before working his way up within the firm. Before joining TA Realty, he served as vice president and regional manager at AMB Property Corporation.
The announcement by TA Reality about appointing Partners does not mention any specific location or platform names such “Connect CRE”, “Connect LA” or “Connect Texas”.
