The West Palm Beach planning board is considering granting approval to Sympatico Real Estate for the construction of a 25-story multifamily tower and demolition of two office buildings. The properties were purchased by Sympatico in separate transactions, with one acquired from Ion Media Networks in 2021 and the other from the American Cancer Society in 2022. Both buildings are currently occupied by their respective sellers.
The proposed tower will span over 587,086 square feet and include amenities such as residential units, commercial space, and parking for up to 402 vehicles. This development adds to Sympatico’s portfolio which includes a condo project underway in West Palm Beach along with various office and retail properties throughout Palm Beach County and Treasure Coast.
