"Swiss Company Plans to Build 197K-SF Plant in Delray Beach"

Hoerbiger Corp. is currently exploring the possibility of relocating its manufacturing facility from Pompano Beach to a new site west of Delray Beach.

Pending necessary approvals, Hoerbiger plans to occupy a 197,790-square-foot building at 9888 Atlantic Ave., located on the southeast corner of State Road 7. The proposed building will include approximately 30,000 square feet for office space. Last summer, the company secured a $13.56 million construction loan in preparation for this potential move. The Palm Beach County Zoning Board is scheduled to review and consider an amendment to the site plan on December 5th.

According to reports from South Florida Business Journal , if approved, this project would bring significant economic benefits as it would create around high-paying jobs in West Delray Beach through its manufacturing plant that specializes in compressor components for natural gas, hydrogen and clean energy industries.

Founded in Switzerland back in 1925 with operations now spanning across over forty countries worldwide; Hoerbiger has become one of Europe’s leading manufacturers within their industry sector . If all goes according to plan , construction could begin as early as June2025.
