Will Sandman has been appointed as the new Director of Asset Management at The Swig Company, with the prestigious title of Executive Vice President. In this role, he will be responsible for overseeing the company’s impressive portfolio of office and multifamily assets on the West Coast. This position was previously held by Connor Kidd, who was recently announced as CEO.
Sandman brings a wealth of experience to his new role at The Swig Company. Prior to joining them, he served as Senior Director of Asset Management at Rubicon Point Partners – a highly respected real estate investment firm based in San Francisco. During his time there, Sandman successfully managed a diverse value-add portfolio that included office buildings, research & development facilities, medical properties and life science centers across both Bay Area and Seattle markets.
Before making his mark in commercial real estate industry with Rubicon Point Partners , Sandman spent seven years working for U.S Navy’s nuclear propulsion command where he served as Project Manager . In this capacity ,he oversaw various projects related to design , construction,and operation systems used in support nuclear-powered submarines and aircraft carriers . With an impressive track record managing equipment worth anywhere from $100 million to $1 billion,Sandman quickly rose through ranks before separating from active duty after five years service holding rank Lieutenant .
