A new mixed-use development is currently under construction in the Knox Street neighborhood of Dallas, led by a joint venture partnership between MSD Partners, Trammell Crow Company, The Retail Connection, and Highland Park Village Associates. The project is expected to be completed in 2026 and will span one million square feet.
The development will feature various components including a 140-room hotel and 48 luxury condominiums managed by renowned operator Auberge Resorts Collection. Additionally, there will be a nine-story office building with ground-floor retail and restaurant space totaling 150,000 square feet. Another highlight of the project is over 100,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space on the ground floor and second story.
A multifamily residential building with amenity spaces and oversized balconies will also be included in the development. Construction financing for this ambitious project is being provided by Beal Bank while Balfour Beatty and Andres Construction are handling construction services.
