A new mixed-use development is currently under construction in the Knox neighborhood of Dallas, thanks to a joint venture partnership between MSG Partners, Trammell Crow Company, The Retail Connection and Highland Park Village Associates. This highly anticipated project is expected to be completed in 2026 and will offer one million square feet of top-notch mixed-use space.
The centerpiece of this development will be the Knox Hotel and Residences. Managed by renowned hotel operator Auberge Resorts Collection, this luxurious property will feature a 140-room hotel as well as 48 high-end condominiums. Additionally, there will be a nine-story office building with over 150,000 square feet of space on Knox Street that includes two floors dedicated to retail and dining options.
