Marcus Partners, a real estate investment, management and development firm based in Boston, has announced the promotion of Michael Ferrucci to Senior Vice President of Asset Management. In this new role, Ferrucci will oversee asset management and portfolio strategies for the company’s properties in the Boston region.
Ferrucci joined Marcus Partners in January 2018 and has played a key role on their acquisition team. He has been instrumental in facilitating transactions within both the Metro Boston and New York markets. As Vice President of Investments prior to his promotion, he was heavily involved in shaping the company’s acquisition strategy.
According to Peter Cameron, Head of Assets at Marcus Partners: “Mike is an invaluable member of our team and his new position highlights our commitment to cross training and collaboration across different areas.” Cameron also noted that Ferrucci’s success working with various disciplines across multiple markets makes him well-suited for this opportunity where he is expected to continue excelling.
Before joining Marcus Partners, Ferrucci worked at AEW Capital Management as part of their Direct Investments Group. His focus was on industrial properties along with multifamily units and office spaces along the East Coast.
