**SVN Chicago Property Management Acquires Edgemark’s Asset Management Division**
SVN Chicago Property Management (SVN PM), a Chicago-based property management firm, has announced the acquisition of the property management division of Edgemark Asset Management. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
This acquisition expands SVN PM’s portfolio to 140 full-service management assignments, totaling more than five million square feet across both multi-family and commercial properties. Specifically, the transaction adds nearly three dozen assets comprising over two million square feet of retail space located in Illinois, Wisconsin, New York, and Georgia. In addition to broadening its geographic footprint, SVN PM has also opened a new office in Oak Brook as part of the expansion.
