**Sutter Health Signs Full-Building Lease in Downtown Sacramento**
Cushman & Wakefield has announced that it represented the joint venture between Revitate’s Opportunity Zone platform, RevOZ Capital, and Argosy Real Estate Partners in securing a major tenant for the newly redeveloped SIXSIXTY building in downtown Sacramento. Sutter Health has signed on as the full-building medical office tenant and plans to establish its Advanced Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Care Complex within the space.
The healthcare provider will occupy the entire 120,000-square-foot building located at 660 J Street. The facility is expected to open in late 2027. While specific lease terms were not disclosed, the agreement marks a significant milestone as the SIXSIXTY building undergoes a transformation into a premier Class A medical office destination.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Ron Thomas, SIOR, Bruce Hohenhaus, SIOR, and Kevin Goldthwaite represented the ownership group in the lease transaction. The firm also provides property management services for the building.
“Ownership has created an amazing and forward-thinking workplace in downtown Sacramento,” said Ron Thomas of Cushman & Wakefield. “Their dedication, patience, and exceptional execution have paid off with this transformative lease to Sutter Health. Now, the tenant has a fantastic blank canvas to customize the Class A space for their healthcare services and tailor it to their patients’ needs.”
The lease represents a major commitment to the continuing revitalization of Sacramento’s downtown and reflects growing demand for modern medical office facilities in the region.
