Sutter Health Acquires Warehouse and Cold Storage Facility

CBRE Facilitates Sale of Warehouse/Cold Storage Facility to Sutter Health Entity

CBRE recently arranged the sale of a 49,805-square-foot warehouse and cold storage facility in Hercules, California. The property was sold by Multiple Organics and purchased by an entity affiliated with Sutter Health. Kevin Hatcher and Austin Hinder from CBRE represented the seller in this transaction.

The property, located at 200 Linus Pauling Dr., boasts several desirable features including 7,700 square feet of office space, six dock doors, four grade level doors, a clear height of 22 feet ,2 ,000 amps of power,and an additional8 ,000 square feet designated for cooler use.
