**Sustainability Consultancy Solen Works Launches to Guide AEC Firms Toward Climate-Positive Growth**
*Portland, ME* – Sustainability industry veterans Gunnar Hubbard and Michael Pulaski have announced the launch of Solen Works, a new consulting firm focused on advancing climate-positive strategies for the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industries.
Solen Works will offer specialized project consulting and advisory services designed to help AEC firms integrate sustainability into their design operations and organizational leadership. In addition, the company will operate a strategic Innovation Lab dedicated to supporting business growth and market expansion. The firm also plans to host workshops and industry roundtables to further collective impact on combating climate change.
Solen Works is based in Portland, Maine, and has been accepted into the prestigious Roux Institute ClimateTech Incubator at Northeastern University — a significant endorsement of its mission and approach.
“The built environment accounts for nearly 40% of global carbon emissions, and there is enormous opportunity for firms working in this space to establish themselves as sustainability leaders as we address these challenges,” said co-founder Gunnar Hubbard. “We’re excited to partner with promising climate-positive companies and support their growth with the relationships and expertise they need to succeed at scale.”
With the increasing urgency of the climate crisis and growing demand for sustainable design, Solen Works positions itself as a key player in helping the AEC sector lead the transition to a low-carbon future.
