Barclay Group has acquired Kiley Ranch Marketplace, a 46-acre retail development site in Sparks, Nevada, for $25.6 million. The property is located at the southwest corner of Wingfield Hills Road and Pyramid Highway.
Kidder Mathews brokers Shawn Smith, CCIM, CRRP, and Sean Retzloff represented both Barclay Group and the seller, KM2 Development, Inc. The brokerage team will also handle leasing for the site’s future development.
Kiley Ranch Marketplace is planned to span 400,000 square feet and will be the first new retail power center development in Sparks since 2005. Positioned within a fast-growing trade area with strong residential growth and favorable income demographics, the property garnered interest from Barclay Group due to sustained demand from national and regional retailers.
