Supportive Housing Corporation Leases Office Space in Financial District

Corporation for Supportive Housing has signed a 10,570-square-foot lease in the Financial District with Harbor Group International. The 11-year agreement encompasses the entire 10th floor of 55 Broadway, a 32-story office building offering onsite dining and housing tenants like Bank of Communications, Syscom Global Solutions and The Cochran Firm. Aron Schreier and Jason Kroeger of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant while CBRE’s Brad Gerla, Jonathan Cope and Hayden Pascal acted on behalf of landlord. This latest transaction marks another successful leasing deal in New York City’s Financial District.
