**Supertall 520 Fifth Avenue Signs First Office Tenants**

Rabina, a New York-based real estate investment and development firm, has secured its first office leases at 520 Fifth Avenue, which is poised to become the tallest mixed-use building on Fifth Avenue. The 1,002-foot-tall tower is scheduled for occupancy this fall and has already signed three office leases totaling approximately 29,000 square feet. Several additional leases are reportedly in the pipeline.

The first tenants include private equity firm Ancient, which is relocating into 8,682 square feet of office space. This transaction was brokered by Ben Friedland, vice chairman at CBRE, and senior vice president Hugh McDonald.

Global investment giant JAB Holding Company, known for its portfolio that includes Krispy Kreme, will move into an 11,634-square-foot office. Their relocation was arranged by JLL’s Matthew Astrachan, vice chairman; Seth Godnick, senior vice president; and Stefanie Rock, associate.

A biotechnology-focused hedge fund will also move its New York City headquarters to 6,800 square feet within the tower. That lease was negotiated by Jason Roberts, senior vice president at JLL.

The office leasing team for 520 Fifth Avenue includes Benjamin Bass, Paul Glickman, and Frank Doyle, all vice chairmen; Clark Finney, executive managing director; and senior vice presidents Harrison Potter and Robin Olinyk.
