The transaction was facilitated by CBRE’s Chris Lee and Sean Kelly, along with Blanca Commercial Real Estate’s Chris Gallagher, Christina Stine Jolley, and Andres Del Corral on behalf of seller Barings Real Estate.
With 128,550 square feet of premium office space available at Lakeshore Plaza II , Galium Capital plans to make upgrades to enhance its appeal. Blanca Commercial Real Estate will continue as the exclusive leasing agent for the property.
