Sunbelt Investment Holdings and Graycor Construction Company have joined forces to initiate Phase I of the Camelback 303 Class A industrial park in Goodyear, Arizona. Spanning over one-half-million square feet, this fully speculative warehouse, distribution and manufacturing space is located within SIHI’s 4 million-square-foot Camelback 303 complex along the Loop 303 Corridor.
Phase I consists of a single cross dock building with 40′ clear height, 89 dock high doors and four drive in doors as well as 190′ concrete truck courts for efficient loading/unloading operations. Additionally included are 70’ speed bays at storefronts on three corners plus 421 auto spaces and 103 trailer spaces for ample parking capacity. The structure can be utilized by a single tenant or divided into three separate units; construction is expected to conclude during first quarter 2024 with Cushman & Wakefield acting as exclusive leasing broker. This marks the second 4M SF business park announced in recent days within the region.
