**Sugar Land Town Square Set for $12.5 Million Facelift**

The Sugar Land Development Corporation and Sugar Land 4B have approved a $12.5 million investment with developer Rebees to renovate and enhance Sugar Land Town Square. The initiative aims to revitalize the mixed-use district, making it more appealing to businesses, residents, and visitors alike.

The planned improvements include:

– $4.5 million for property-wide office tenant improvements
– $6 million for renovations to Building B, including the addition of communal office spaces, upgraded landscaping, and enhanced streetscapes
– $2 million for Building H upgrades, including revamped entryways, new lobby design, updated signage, refreshed garden areas, and new furniture

Originally opened in 2003, Sugar Land Town Square is a walkable urban district located at the intersection of U.S. 59 and Highway 6. The 32-acre destination features 223,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, 566,000 square feet of Class A office space, 167 condominiums, a full-service Marriott Hotel and conference center, as well as Sugar Land’s City Hall. At its heart lies a central plaza that regularly hosts community events, concerts, festivals, and performances, drawing thousands of visitors annually.

The renovations are part of an ongoing effort to keep the Town Square vibrant and competitive in a dynamic real estate and retail landscape.
