**Sueba Breaks Ground on 346-Unit Apartment Project in Missouri City**
Sueba Construction has officially broken ground on a new 346-unit apartment complex in Missouri City, which will be part of the broader Fort Bend Town Center III development.
The project is being designed and built by Sueba in-house. According to a report by the Houston Business Journal, Sueba secured a construction loan with First Horizon Bank in late April. The development is scheduled for completion by fall 2026.
The apartment units will range in size from 496 to 2,088 square feet and will offer a variety of layouts, including studios, as well as one-, two-, and three-bedroom options. Planned onsite amenities include both leisure and lap pools featuring in-water loungers and cabanas, poolside verandas with outdoor lounge seating and grilling stations, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
Fort Bend Town Center III will add approximately 250,000 square feet of retail, dining, and entertainment offerings to the area. The Town Center development follows the earlier phases: the first phase anchored by a 160,959-square-foot Kroger on the southwestern corner of the major highway intersection, and the second phase, featuring a 315,084-square-foot Cinemark-anchored complex on the northwestern corner.
