Sudberry Properties has successfully completed The Hub at Scripps Ranch, a mixed-use redevelopment project boasting 260 upscale apartments and 10,700 square feet of retail and restaurant space. In January, the final retail tenant Junction Bar & Grill opened its doors to the public.
