The Saint Grand development, a collaboration between Mavrek, Double Eagle Development, Luxury Living, and GW Properties, has announced that Club Studio Fitness has signed a lease for 45,000 square feet across the 1st to 5th floors of their building at 535 N St. Clair.
Madison Rose’s Adam Pines and Matt Pistorio represented Mavrek in this deal while Savills’ Robert Sevim and Cullen Hurley along with Real Source’s Ted Slaughter and John Kalamaras represented Club Studio Fitness. The retail leasing efforts were led by Elan Rasansky and Anthony Campagni on behalf of the development team.
Within just six months of obtaining its final certificate of occupancy, the residential rentals within Saint Grand have reached an impressive occupancy rate of 95%.
