"Suburban Chicago Property Acquired by Clear Height and Blackbird Investment for ISF"

A partnership between real estate investors Clear Height Properties, based in Oak Brook, Illinois, and Blackbird Investment Group from Chicago has successfully acquired a 32,000-square-foot industrial property located at 2945 Shermer Road in Northbrook, Illinois.

The building features a drive-thru design with only 20% of the land covered by the structure. It also includes a secure parking area for field service vehicles and multiple drive-in doors. The property is situated just south of the intersection of Willow Road and Shermer Road and is conveniently located two miles from I-294. Currently fully leased out to tenants.

In addition to this acquisition, Clear Height recently purchased Centerwest Business Park in Addison along with Texas-based ICP Funds. They also teamed up with Long Wharf Capital to buy 1400 Morse Avenue in Elk Grove Village within Chicago’s O’Hare submarket – known as the heart of the city’s industrial market.
