**Nominations Open for 2026 Connect CRE Top Broker Awards**
For the ninth consecutive year, Connect CRE is proud to spotlight the most accomplished investment sales and leasing brokers in the commercial real estate industry. Nominations are now open for the 2026 Connect CRE Top Broker Awards, and we’re calling on the CRE community to help us identify this year’s top performers.
Based on your nominations, we will recognize 110 leading brokers or teams of brokers who have excelled in their respective specialties—either in property sales or leasing. Winners will be named across the following categories:
– Ten California winners
– Ten Seattle/Pacific Northwest winners
– Ten Phoenix/Southwest winners
– Ten Texas winners
– Ten Chicago/Midwest winners
– Ten Boston/New England winners
– Ten New York/Tri-State winners
– Ten Washington, DC/Mid-Atlantic winners
– Ten Atlanta/Southeast winners
– Ten Florida/Gulf Coast winners
– Ten National winners
Award consideration will be based on the brokers’ achievements in 2025. For investment sales professionals, total dollar volume will be the key metric, while total square footage will be assessed for leasing brokers.
