Glassdoor, an online recruiting platform, has recently listed its San Francisco headquarters space for sublease according to the San Francisco Business Times. The company had previously announced in February that it would be transitioning to a fully remote work model.
In 2019, Glassdoor leased four floors of Paramount Group’s building at 300 Mission St., totaling 117,000 square feet. Originally planned for occupancy in March of 2020 after relocating from Mill Valley, the COVID-19 pandemic caused a delay of over two years. During this time period, half of their space was listed for sublease. In spring of 2022 however, the company reopened its offices on two floors.
Despite listing their entire space for sublease,Glassdoor maintains that they still have a strong presence in the Bay Area and continue to operate their headquarters there.A spokesperson from Glassdoor stated that CBRE is handling the newly added sublease listings.
