Blue Vista Capital Management, a real estate investment management firm based in Chicago, has announced its partnership with Clarion Partners to acquire a portfolio of student housing properties from Columbus Pacific Group. The four-property portfolio includes 855 units and is strategically located near Pennsylvania State University, College of Charleston, and Texas A&M University. PeakMade Real Estate, an affiliate of Blue Vista, will be responsible for managing the properties.
According to Jason Schwartz, Managing Principal and Co-Head of Blue Vista’s Equity Group: “This acquisition aligns with our student housing strategy which focuses on securing high-quality residences at top universities experiencing growth in their student populations.” He also expressed excitement about partnering with Clarion Partners – a renowned leader in the U.S. residential real estate market – to provide modern living spaces specifically designed for students.
The transaction was facilitated by TSB Realty while TSB Capital Advisors assisted with debt placement services. This acquisition marks another successful venture for Blue Vista as they continue to pursue their goal of providing exceptional accommodations for students at leading universities across the country.
