Savills, a leading real estate firm, recently assisted StubHub in securing a sublease for approximately 100,000 square feet at Silverstein Properties’ prestigious 4 World Trade Center. The sublease allows StubHub to immediately occupy one floor and have the option to expand onto two more floors in the future.
According to Scott Bogetti, corporate managing director at Savills, this is a significant move that supports StubHub’s growth within their global headquarters located in New York City. He also noted that being situated in one of Manhattan’s premier buildings is an added bonus for the company.
The team from Savills who represented StubHub included Bogetti along with Kirill Azovtsev and Michael Bertini. Additionally, Brad Wolk and Will Joumas from Savills Integrated Consulting Strategies group were also involved in the deal. On behalf of the sublessor was Sheena Gohil from Colliers.
This expansion marks a rapid growth for StubHub as they initially signed on for only 44,000 square feet at Silverstein Properties’ 3 World Trade Center back in 2023 but have already outgrown that space.
