Stubblebine Represents Owner-Occupier in $4.75M Canton Industrial Purchase

The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International, in collaboration with NAI, has brokered the sale of a warehouse/flex property located at 348 Turnpike Street in Canton, Massachusetts, for $4,750,000.

The buyer, Danny McKeeney, was represented by David Stubblebine, Matty Drouillard, and Stephen Flynn of The Stubblebine Company. Mitch Stepien of NAI represented the seller, 348 Turnpike LLC.

The property comprises a 39,100-square-foot warehouse/flex building situated on 2.5 acres. Located just two miles from I-93 and 4.1 miles from Route 24, the facility is ideally positioned for logistical and operational convenience. It will become the new home for Bosco Crane Company Inc., a family-owned crane, rigging, and trucking firm founded in 2000 by Daniel McKeeney, Sr. Bosco Crane serves the Greater Boston area, including the South and North Shores, Cape Cod, and the Islands.

“Mr. McKeeney made a very astute decision to purchase the asset, as the property will accommodate Bosco Crane’s continued growth and other business interests,” said David Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company.
