Hanwha Impact’s subsidiary, Power Systems, a leading global provider of industrial gas turbine services for multiple OEMs, has secured a 10-year lease for 185,000 square feet at the South Florida Gateway Distribution Center in Stuart, FL. The lease is valued at over $22 million.

The tenant was represented by Colliers’ Michael Falk and Jonathan Temple in the transaction. The landlord was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Matthew McAllister and Eric Cantor.

Located at 2400 SW Gateway Place, the South Florida Gateway Distribution Center is a top-of-the-line mixed-use development with direct access to Kanner Highway. Martin County in southeast Florida offers convenient access to major highways such as Florida’s Turnpike and Interstate 95.

Developed by Foundry Commercial in 2023, this Class A property spans over four buildings totaling more than1.2 million square feet. It provides high-quality warehouse options ranging from10 ,000 square feet up to one million square feet for potential tenants seeking Class A facilities.
