Canvas Worldwide, a comprehensive media communications agency, has chosen 75 Varick in Hudson Square as its new headquarters in New York City. The second floor of the building will be leased for seven years and cover an area of 18,149 square feet.
According to Paul Woolmington, CEO of Canvas Worldwide, the decision to stay at 75 Varick was made based on their growth ambitions. The building’s versatility is a perfect fit for their dynamic expansion plans.
Hudson Square Properties manages 75 Varick Street and is a joint venture between Trinity Church Wall Street, Norges Bank Investment Management and Hines. This location offers modern office spaces with large floor plates as well as a landscaped rooftop amenity space. Some notable tenants include Harry’s Razors and Oscar Health.
The lease negotiations were led by David Falk,Pete Shimkin,Jonthan Fanuzzi,Jont Franzel,and Brittany Silver from Newmark on behalf of Hudson Square Properties while Nick Farmakis from Savills represented Canvas during this process.
