Columbia Property Trust, Inc. has recently signed four lease agreements totaling 78,962 square feet at its 33-story office tower located in San Francisco’s North Financial District. This brings the building to approximately 90% leased. One of the tenants, law firm Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, has extended their lease for another ten years and will also be expanding by an additional 15,829 square feet.
Another law firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP has signed a direct lease with Columbia for a term of eleven and a half years and occupying 23,758 square feet. They currently sublease space in the building for their San Francisco office.
