The office tower at 350 California in San Francisco has recently secured a new tenant, 9Zero, a digital and physical hub for climate tech innovation. Led by entrepreneurs Duncan Logan and Matthew Joehnk, the company has signed a full-floor lease of 16,784 square feet on the fourth floor.
This is the second new tenant to join 350 California in just one month. BRIDGE Housing, an affordable housing developer and non-profit organization based locally, also recently signed a lease for the entire 16th floor.
“We are pleased to welcome our newest tenant at 350 California,” said Connor Kidd CEO of The Swig Company which co-owns the building with SKS Partners. “As both companies prioritize sustainable solutions throughout our portfolios, we look forward to seeing how this partnership will bring about game-changing climate innovations.” CBRE’s Sam Stein represented building ownership during negotiations.
