“Stream Wraps Up The Quad”

"Stream Wraps Up The Quad"

The Quadrangle, now known as The Quad, has undergone a major transformation since its debut in 1966. This mixed-use development in Uptown Dallas has been revitalized with the addition of a new office tower and various retail and dining options.

Stream Realty led the effort to revamp The Quad after acquiring it in 2019. Construction began in 2022 and was funded by a $181 million loan from MSD Capital, according to CommercialEdge data.

Located at 2699 Howell St., The Quad boasts a modern aesthetic with its newly added features including a 12-story office tower spanning over 345,000 square feet. In addition to this impressive structure are five standalone retail buildings, an “urban lawn,” and The Quad Club – an exclusive penthouse amenity center complete with full-service bar, lounge area, conference center, and rooftop terrace. Seven on-site eateries will also be available for visitors when they open this fall.

OMNIPLAN served as the project architect while Austin Commercial handled general contracting duties for Stream’s development team consisting of Ramsey March,Brad Dornak,Jerry Mays, and Blake Bell.

This recent completion marks another successful project by Stream without mentioning any specific names or brands associated with their company or location such as Connect CRE or Connect LA.
