**Stream Realty Leases 95 East Distribution Center to Zippy Shell**
Stream Realty Partners, on behalf of property ownership—a joint venture between Cannon Hill Capital Partners and The Pinkard Group—has successfully executed a new lease at the 95 East Distribution Center, a newly completed industrial facility located at 13600 Dabney Road in Woodbridge, Virginia.
The leasing team, led by Caulley Deringer, Managing Director at Stream, along with Executive Vice President Steve Cloud and Vice President Andrew Hassett, represented ownership in the transaction. Zippy Shell, a national provider of portable storage and moving services, was represented by Dan Brennan of Larsen Commercial.
Zippy Shell will occupy 29,737 square feet of the 113,490-square-foot facility, relocating from the Dulles area. With the remainder of the building already leased to Goodwill Industries, the property is now fully leased.
Significantly, 95 East Distribution Center is the first new industrial development delivered in the area in more than 20 years. The facility features 32-foot clear heights, 27 loading docks, outdoor storage capabilities, and immediate access to Interstate 95, offering premier functionality for industrial users.
