Stream Realty Partners has launched a new office in downtown Los Angeles, expanding its physical footprint and brokerage presence across Southern California. The downtown location is intended to anchor Stream’s growth in the region and deepen its coverage of the Los Angeles office market.
The new office coincides with the arrival of a seasoned brokerage team from Avison Young. Jonathan Larsen joins Stream as executive vice chairman, and Chandler Larsen comes on board as managing director. Both will work closely with executive managing director Marty Pupil, who oversees Stream’s California offices, to help guide the firm’s strategy and production in Los Angeles.
The team build-out extends beyond senior leadership. Jonathan and Chandler are joined by senior vice presidents Sally Zesut and Eric B. Moore, vice president Luke Eskigian and associate Sebastian Bernt. Collectively, the group brings a mix of senior-level relationship management and day-to-day transaction execution experience to Stream’s new downtown Los Angeles platform.
Additional support comes from a broader bench of professionals focused on analytics, marketing and brokerage coordination. Senior analyst Austin Cassidy will provide research and financial analysis, while marketing specialist Arianna Nienow will support property and client marketing initiatives. Senior brokerage coordinator Yolanda Gerardo will assist the team with transaction support and operational needs tied to the downtown office.
Pupil described the expansion as centered on assembling the right people to immediately contribute within the competitive Los Angeles market. He emphasized that the incoming professionals bring established relationships, market knowledge and execution capabilities that Stream expects to leverage as it scales its Southern California operations from the new downtown base.
The combination of a new office in a core urban submarket and the integration of an experienced team from a competing firm positions Stream to pursue additional assignments and client relationships in Los Angeles. For owners, occupiers and investors, the move adds another full-service competitor to the brokerage landscape in and around downtown Los Angeles.
