Stream Realty Partners has bolstered its Chicago office leasing team with the addition of Erica Marshall, a nearly 12-year commercial real estate veteran. In her new role as VP, she will be responsible for sourcing, winning and executing office business with an emphasis on landlord representation.
Prior to joining Stream Realty, Marshall spent more than 11 years at Zeller where she began her career as a leasing assistant and was part of the team that secured The Wrigley Building assignment. During her tenure at Zeller she became Leasing Director responsible for 2.8 million square feet in office properties.
In recent months Stream Chicago has hired several other professionals including Jordan Decker and Adrian Boone to support their core office which now consists of over 40 professionals since it’s establishment four years ago under Executive Managing Director & Partner Patrick Russo’s leadership .
