Stream Realty Partners has fully entitled its first industrial site in Chicagoland and will partner with Cushman & Wakefield to lease the property’s three planned warehouses. The 934,505 square feet of Class A space is located at 10812 Burlington Road in Kenosha, WI.
Patrick Russo, executive managing director and partner of Stream Chicago sourced the site and was instrumental in the assemblage, entitlements process as well as closing process along with senior directors Dale Todd and Drue Stoehr from Industrial Development Services division who are responsible for developing this land.
Russo expressed his excitement about cultivating more projects like these within this important market region saying “This is the first of many industrial projects our Chicago team is excited about cultivating in this important market and region”. Eric Fischer from Cushman & Wakefield will serve as lead leasing broker for said industrial site on behalf of Stream Realty Partners.
