Stream Realty Partners has been awarded the leasing, property management, and construction management responsibilities for Westchase Park I & II, a recently built Class A multi-tenant office campus. The two-building complex, totaling 579,032 square feet, sits on a 15.2-acre site and was acquired by Canyon Creek Real Estate on May 30, 2025.
Located at 3700 and 3600 W Sam Houston Parkway South, Westchase Park I & II features an 8,000-square-foot amenity center that connects the buildings. This shared space includes a full-service café, a conference center, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, and an outdoor seating area.
The leasing team is led by Stream’s Matt Asvestas and Brian Strait. Current space availabilities at Westchase Park I & II range from 8,500 to 105,000 square feet, offering flexible options for a variety of tenants.
