Stream Realty Partners has announced the appointment of Doug Jones as their new Managing Director for Texas Office Services. In his new role, based in Stream’s Dallas office, Jones will be instrumental in driving growth and success for the company’s office service business across all markets in Texas. This includes overseeing landlord and tenant representation as well as property management.
Jones’ responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies to support growth, building strong client relationships, and improving overall performance within the office services sector.
Prior to joining Stream Realty Partners, Jones served as Managing Principal at Cushman & Wakefield where he oversaw all internal operations and client engagement for their Texas business. With this experience under his belt, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his new position with Stream.
