"Strategic Plans for Developing the Largest Undeveloped Plot in Manhattan"

BIG, in partnership with The Soloviev Group and Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment, has unveiled new renderings for a massive mixed-use development at Freedom Plaza in Midtown. This ambitious project aims to revitalize the largest undeveloped plot in Manhattan by featuring two residential skyscrapers, two hotel towers, a waterfront park, a below-grade casino and a Museum of Freedom and Democracy. With glass curtain walls and landscaped roof decks as key design elements, this development is set to transform the long-vacant site into an energetic hub at the heart of Manhattan. Pending approval from authorities, construction could commence as early as 2025.
