"Strategic Partnership Planning for a $1B Mixed-Use Project in Miami"

The partnership between Black Salmon and The Allen Morris Company has announced plans to develop Highland Park Miami, a $1 billion mixed-use project spanning 7 acres in the Miami Medical District. This multi-block development will include medical offices, hotels, apartments, retail spaces, dining options and green areas. Arquitectonica is the master planner and architect for this project.

Rising 22 stories high at its location on 800 NW 14th Street, Highland Park Miami will feature Oppenheim Architecture’s design of 1,000 residential units along with a hotel with 150 rooms and approximately half a million square feet of medical-related office space. City approval for the site plan is required before proceeding with this multi-phase development.
