The joint venture between Black Salmon and The Allen Morris Company has announced plans for the development of Highland Park Miami. This ambitious $1 billion project will span 7 acres and expand the footprint of the Miami Medical District by approximately 10 percent.
This multi-block, mixed-use development will feature a variety of medical and office spaces, as well as hotels, apartments, retail outlets, dining options, and green areas. Arquitectonica is responsible for master planning and designing this impressive project.
