Black Salmon and The Allen Morris Company have joined forces to develop Highland Park Miami, a $1 billion mixed-use project spanning 7 acres. This collaboration will increase the footprint of the Miami Medical District by approximately 10 percent.
The multi-block development will feature a diverse range of medical and office uses, including hotels, apartments, retail spaces, dining options, and green areas. Arquitectonica has been enlisted as the architecture firm for this master-planned project.
