Straits Row Apartments Leasing Now Available in Chicago's South Loop

Leasing has commenced at Straits Row, a new 18-story rental tower located in Chicago’s South Loop. Developed by Q Investment Partners (QIP) and Melrose Ascension Capital, the property offers a unique combination of traditional apartments and co-living units.

QIP is a private equity real estate firm based in Singapore, while Melrose Ascension Capital is a Chicago-based private equity real estate development and investment firm. The building can be found at 633 S. LaSalle St., situated within the Printers Row neighborhood of the South Loop.

With 132 units total, including both traditional apartments and co-living spaces, Straits Row will offer residents fully furnished living options with access to exceptional amenities. This project marks QIP’s flagship residential development in the United States.

According to Peter Young, CEO of QIP: “Straits Row will set a new standard for attainable urban living with its exceptional design and amenities that cater to those seeking an ideal location near downtown Chicago where they can easily walk to work or nearby colleges like Grant Park.” PeakMade Real Estate will serve as property manager for leasing and building operations.
