"StoneCastle Financial Institution Relocates to Carnegie Hall Tower"

StoneCastle Partners, a financial services firm that specializes in serving community banks, is moving to the prestigious Carnegie Hall Tower at 152 West 57th Street. The company will be relocating from the 35th floor to the larger and more luxurious space on the 52nd floor as part of a seven-year lease for an impressive 8,785 square feet.

Located next to world-renowned Carnegie Hall, StoneCastle joins other esteemed businesses such as Rare Violins of New York and Seabury Capital in expanding its office space. The tower also offers top-notch amenities including a private sky terrace for tenants, conference facilities, a fitness center and even a golf simulator.

The transaction was facilitated by CBRE’s Ben Friedland and Gary Davies for StoneCastle Partners while Matt Leon of Newmark represented the landlord. With an asking rent of $115 per square foot, this move marks another successful venture for this thriving financial institution.
