Stockdale Capital Partners has recently acquired a 130,000-square-foot medical office building in Austin. The property, known as 1401 Philomena @ Mueller, was sold by Gemdale USA and is located near Dell Children’s Medical Center with easy access to Interstate 35 and just under 5 miles from downtown Austin.
The five-story building was completed in 2023 on a spacious lot of approximately 1.7 acres. According to Commercial Edge reports, the project received a $35 million construction loan from BMO Bank in early-2021. STG Design served as the architect for this state-of-the-art facility while Rogers-O’Brien Construction handled general contracting duties.
