Barker Pacific Group (BPG) has recently secured two leases totaling over 21,000 square feet at One Sansome, its 42-story office tower located in San Francisco’s Financial District. The first lease is for 15,099 square feet on the 19th floor and was signed by McCarthy Building Companies, one of California’s largest general contractors. This deal was represented by the JLL team of Scott Wetzel, Jonathan Allen and Griggs Ziesing.
The second lease is for a ten-year term and covers an area of 6,559 square feet. It was signed by Ellis Partners – one of Northern California’s top commercial real estate investors and developers – who will be relocating from their current location at 111 Sutter St. The tenant was represented by Eli Ceryak from Bridgeview CRE.
Both leases were facilitated by Newmark Group on behalf of BPG. Last year alone Newmark leased over thirty thousand square feet at One Sansome to various companies in the real estate industry as well as AEC firms such as McCarthy Building Companies. According to BPG representatives this has helped make One Sansome a sought-after destination for these types of businesses.
This recent news highlights BPG’s success in securing high-profile tenants for their premier office space at One Sansome without any mention or reliance on Connect LA or Connect Texas platforms.
