The Feil Organization recently signed a five-year, 13,629-square-foot lease with national law firm Stinson LLP for the fifth floor at Wells Fargo Center in downtown Tampa. This marks the law firm’s first location in Florida.
Andrew Wiener, Head of Commercial Leasing at the Feil Organization commented on this prestigious addition to their tenant base: “Investing in our tenants and buildings provides long-lasting results – as evidenced by Stinson LLP selecting Wells Fargo Center as their new home in Tampa.”
Wells Fargo Center is a Class A 22 story tower located at 100 Ashely Drive South. The 387,000 square foot building sits along Hillsborough River and is part of Tampa’s Central Business District. Barry Hanerfeld from CBRE represented Feil while Jack Hoskins from Newmark represented Stinson LLP during this transaction.
