The Feil Organization signed a five-year, 13,629-square-foot lease with law firm Stinson LLP for the fifth floor at Wells Fargo Center in downtown Tampa. This marks the national law firm’s first location in Florida. Andrew Wiener, Head of Commercial Leasing at the Feil Organization stated “investing in tenants and buildings provides long lasting results which has proved true by Stinson LLP selecting Wells Fargo Center as their new location.” He further added that this prestigious addition to their tenant base will be successful in Florida market.
Wells Fargo Center is located at 100 Ashely Drive South and is a Class A 22 story tower with 387,000 square feet area along Hillsborough River of Tampa’s Central Business District. Barry Hanerfeld from CBRE represented The Feil Organization while Jack Hoskins from Newmark represented Stinson LLP during this transaction.
